Yoga and Mindfulness are skill sets that can be taught to practice and when applied weekly, can help manage stress. When specific knowledge of the brain is understood and specific poses are taught, one can utilize the full capacity of human healing.
Jenny will help guide you in a private session with what your specific body, heart and mind need. Great for those that do not like group sessions and prefer to be introduced slowly before trying a group class. Jenny is trained specifically to help teach you to integrate specific poses into your creative processing sessions. Each session will be tailored to your individual needs in a safe space.
We will include health and wellness techniques that incorporate mind, body and soul. Using and connecting with this particular structure helps maximize healing time. Each person is different, however and therefore, the healing process may vary.
