Hi There! Thanks for visiting Blue J Way! Everything we do here incorporates a mind, body connection.  You can choose from any of the following or choose to experience all we have to offer, from Expressive Arts, Coaching, Massage Therapy, Vitamin IVs, Yoga to using the creative studio.

We also believe your environment greatly affects how you feel. Schedule an In-Home Redesign to get ideas for decor, color, and systems that will help your family function at it highest level. Using Brain Health, Psychology, and Design, you will get ideas about how to change and start to live a new lifestyle.  Sometimes it is little changes that are implemented, from changing a color in a room to adding textures or systems to create better flow other times, it is radical changes depending on your brain type, family and a host of other things. 1:1 coaching sessions are helpful to stay on task weekly. We also believe that finding your Joy is ultimately at the core of Brain health.  So we help you plan vacations or local escapes.  It may be a hiking group that you join or a family or personal day away.  We give you very specific prompts to focus on while you are adventuring to help promote thought and take your adventure to the next level.  We also help you find your gifts, fulfill your passions and learn to release and replace certain narratives that are not serving you any longer.

We also want you to be able to come to the studio during the week and meditate or stretch. Being that this is a creative and self-care studio, we offer open hours to visit during your day to stay on task with intentional living.

Jenny also focuses on marketing, logos and is a digital creator for small businesses, boutique hotels, Airbnbs, realtors, and unique products and places.  This helps balance her lifestyle and she enjoys doing this.

This is a safe environment that creates change and acceptance.  We hope you will come in and try it out for yourself.

Creative Processing

Our minds and bodies are like gearshifts on a bike or an engine in a car. Being mindful and aware of our choices throughout the day helps us become a well-oiled human in a sense. Learning the importance of what food you need to help your brain and body function at it’s optimal level is important to the creative process.

Food fuels our brain, which moves our body, which creates a sense of harmony or disharmony depending on what you put in your body. Food is important to our physical, emotional, and mental health.


Meditative poses and specific strength training helps promote specific chemicals in our brain. Which helps alleviate anxiety, depression, ADD/HD and a host of other symptoms.

Motion is lotion for the body, mind, and soul.
